Who is behind Bedmark

Bedmark is built by Mike Blanchette, operating as Sunbeam Labs. He has spent his career close to student housing pricing decisions — the kind where a leasing meeting turns on whether the property down the street moved a 4BR rate overnight — and built Bedmark because that answer was always assembled by hand, late, and inconsistently. Bedmark is a small, deliberately narrow product: published rates for purpose-built student housing, collected daily, delivered before the meeting. If you email us, you are emailing him.

The company

Bedmark is a product of Sunbeam Labs. Subscriptions, invoicing, and support all run through that entity, and there is no reseller or intermediary between you and the data.
