Who is behind Bedmark

Bedmark is built and operated by Sunbeam Labs, a small team that has spent its career close to student housing pricing decisions — the kind where a leasing meeting turns on whether the property down the street moved a 4BR rate overnight. Bedmark exists because that answer was always assembled by hand, late, and inconsistently. It is a deliberately narrow product: published rates for purpose-built student housing, collected daily, delivered before the meeting. When you write in, you reach the people who build it.

The company

Bedmark is a product of Sunbeam Labs. Subscriptions, invoicing, and support all run through that entity, and there is no reseller or intermediary between you and the data.
