Bedmark is operated by Sunbeam Labs. This page is a plain-language summary of how we handle your information. A full policy will replace it; the practices below are what we do today.

What we collect

Only what you give us in the signup form: your work email and university, plus name, phone, and a short description of what you are solving if you choose to add them. We do not run advertising trackers or sell data about you.

How we use it

To send the reports you asked for, to set up your comp set correctly, and to answer you when you write to us. We do not share your email with the properties we monitor or with any other subscriber.

Market data

The rate data in our reports comes from pricing published publicly by properties on their own websites. It is not personal information and contains nothing about residents.

Retention and removal

We keep your signup details for as long as you are a subscriber or an active prospect. Email mikeblanchetteconsulting@gmail.com and we will delete your record and stop all email.
