Bedmark is operated by Sunbeam Labs. This page is a plain-language summary of the terms of use. A full agreement will replace it; the terms below are what we operate under today.

Subscriptions

Bedmark is priced per university, per month, or annually. Each subscribed campus includes a comp set of up to five properties. Your first report for a new market is free. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the paid period.

Use of the reports

Reports are licensed for use inside your organization. Please do not republish, resell, or redistribute them outside it. Internal analysis, decks, and pricing decisions are exactly what they are for.

What the data is

Rates reflect published pricing collected daily from property websites. Effective rents may differ where concessions apply. We work hard on accuracy but the reports are provided as information, not as a warranty, and pricing decisions remain yours.
